All our self catering properties have digital televisions with either a DVD player or video recorder.
All are equipped with iron, ironing board, vacuum cleaner and cleaning materials.
Electricity, bed linen and towels are included in the rental. Cots and high chairs are available.
The heating in Chestnut, Laurel, Bluebell, Primrose and Poppy is provided by radiators from our central heating system.
Foxglove is independently heated by electric heaters.
A pay phone is available in the reception area for your use. Please note that mobile phone reception can be erratic.
There is ample parking in our private car park and secure garaging for touring bikes.
A laundry room with washing machine and tumble drier (payable separately) is attached to the main house.
Guests have the use of our acre of landscaped gardens and there is a gate from the garden
which gives direct access to the steep narrow lane to the local pub and beach.
